Menstrual Periods – Discover the Best Way to Make Them Easy

Menstrual periods can be harrowing for many women. They may be painful, heavy or debilitating. Many women are offered the contraceptive pill as the only option to eliminate these problems.

But this can cause as many, if not more, problems at it is supposed to resolve. Are there any alternatives?

Of course there are!

Homeopathy offers a life line to many women. It has the potential to completely resolve all problems. Permanently.

This is probably best tackled by a professional homeopath. But you can also do a lot of good yourself, if you purchase a homeopathic home prescribing kit with instructions.

Lets look at one homeopathic medicine which has a great reputation as far as resolving problems with periods go.

First the name of the medicine is called Sepia. And the symptoms it has the potential of totally resolving are:

  • never been well since puberty
  • never been well since any hormonal drug
  • never been well since child birth
  • a bearing down feeling in your uterus
  • periods are early or late
  • periods are very light or very heavy
  • abdominal pains are stitching in nature
  • generally, you’re quite irritable, even angry especially to loved ones
  • you want to be left alone
  • you’re likely to suffer in the cold

Those who do well on Sepia often have quite a low sex drive. Even though you may love your partner, the physical side of the relationship holds no attraction to you anymore. You have too many other responsibilities to do and by the time it’s bedtime, you’re too exhausted to do anything but fall asleep.

If you can pick out three or more symptoms from the above list, that reflects you well, it’s likely that Sepia will do you a lot of good.

Sepia is often thought to be a husband’s best friend. You can probably see why.

Having Regular Periods, But You Still Can’t Get Pregnant?

One of the most common questions that always pop up is that you’re still having regular periods but why aren’t you getting pregnant. You may have a healthy diet and exercise daily, regular periods, and regular sex at the right time, but you still can’t get pregnant. Why?

Well after weeks and / or months go by without any success it can get really frustrating. Even though everything looks and seems right from the outside, you still can’t get pregnant. The first thing you should consider is how long have you been trying to get pregnant? Recent studies have shown that about 80% of couples are successful within the first 6 months of trying to get pregnant, while 90% of couples are successful within 12 months of trying to get pregnant.

If you’re a couple that has not been trying for at least six months then it is suggested that you keep on trying. You should also time your sex right for ovulation. However, if six months or a year has past, and you’re still not successful, then something may be wrong. It may be a common infertility problem. Even though you’re having regular menstrual cycles, this doesn’t ensure that you have any fertility problems. There are all sorts of variables coming into factor when it comes to fertility.
Some common factors include: Age

  • Male Infertility
  • Blocked Fallopian Tubes
  • Endometriosis
  • Underlying Medical Problems
  • Unexplained Infertility

Age
Once a women hits age 35 age can play a role in fertility and it can delay the time in which you get pregnant. Once you age, your eggs start to age as well. You may also start experiencing infrequency of ovulation. The hormones and eggs which you release may not be sufficient or ideal for fertilization.

Male Infertility
Yes, males can have fertility problems as well. It takes both healthy partners to be able to have a baby. Studies have shown that about 20 to 30% of couples having problems getting pregnant are due to some male infertility factors. However, most factors and symptoms can’t be seen without having a semen analysis.

Endometriosis, or having Blocked Fallopian Tubes
You can always have a regular menstrual cycle, however you won’t notice any signs or symptoms of having any fertility problems. But, about 25 to 30% of all infertility cases involving women have shown to be due to irregular ovulation.

Unexplained Infertility
Many cases of infertility go un-diagnosed, meaning the couple has unexplained infertility. About 25 to 30% of all couples with infertility problems go unexplained.

In the End
Even though everything may look fine on the outside, and you’re doing everything that you should be such as a healthy diet, regular exercise, regular sex, and regular menstrual cycles, it doesn’t guarantee you not having any problems in trying to get pregnant. There are couples who will show different signs and symptoms that will show they have a fertility problem, and others may be asymptomatic, showing no signs at all and won’t know they have a fertility problem until a year passes.

My name is Hannah Warr and I’m 32 years old, happily married, with one daughter who I dearly love and who means the whole world to me. The last 6 years of my life has been an up and down roller coaster ride. When I was 26 my husband and I decided we wanted to start a family, however after 11 months of trying to get pregnant we had no luck.

I wanted to make information more accessible to women and men who are battling infertility. So I have started to publish articles online as well as my own website which discusses common fertility problems, infertility causes, and infertility treatments.
